Hot Garbage – “Sometimes I Go Down”

If you’re not familiar with Toronto psych-rockers Hot Garbage, you really should be. Yesterday, the band dropped the lead single from their upcoming debut full-length, and we couldn’t be more excited about it here at The iM.

Speaking on the new song, guitarist/lead vocalist, Alex Carlevaris says: “It’s okay to feel down sometimes and need space. We as people have to accept that, allow that and have a healthy and realistic idea about having shitty days, feeling like shit and still loving ourselves. Also recognizing that others around us may need it and being patient with people.”

Check out the video for Sometimes I Go Down in the embed, and be sure to show some love over on their socials. The new record Ride is set for an October 29th release via our friends at Montréal-based DIY label Mothland … mark your calendars now.
