It’s no secret we’re big fans of Toronto dream-pop outfit Tallies and their incredibly infectious sound. Over the last few months, the 3-piece has released a string of unforgettable singles, and now they’re back with another.

Speaking on the new song, Sarah Cogan of the band says: “Special is about longing to be seen and heard by those who matter to you most. Sometimes feeling invisible is particularly painful when the indifference comes from someone whose opinion means a lot to you.”
