Toronto indie-rocker JEEN announced a new album in May called Tracer; her third record in as many years. The announcement included the release of On and On, and was followed by a second song in June, Mountain. Now the singer-songwriter is back with another track, and we want you to know all about it.
Chemical Emotion starts us off, takes our hand and the carousel begins. Inspired by the Hunter S. Thompson quote “buy the ticket, take the ride,” JEEN explains that “it’s about letting yourself drift in the flow of everything and hanging on as hard as you can to what makes the shitty parts more tolerable.”
Listen to Chemical Emotion in the embed below, and be sure to hit up her socials for more. The new album Tracer is set for release on October 21st — one thing is certain; these first three songs are a very promising start.
