Deserta is the solo project of Los Angeles-based musician Matthew Doty. Last year, he released the dream-pop-infused Black Aura My Sun on the masses. Now he’s back with a new single, and we couldn’t wait to share the news with you.

Speaking on the track, Matthew says: “This song came from a place of exhaustion, frustration and the necessity to create. LITW trudges away on the same bass note for most of its six and a half minutes. It has moments of release, but even those moments are meant to feel heavy.”
