Toronto grunge-rockers SUNLUST came to our attention via the fine folks at Spill Magazine today, and we liked their debut song (and video) so much, we had to share it with you. The track conjures up memories of early 90s era Hole and Veruca Salt. Trust us when we say, this is a band you don’t want to sleep on.

It’s been a minute since we’ve heard from Toronto indie-rockers Cursed Arrows but the wait is over with a brand new single, Rebuild As One. We’ve had this thing on heavy rotation this afternoon and it shows no signs of letting up. It’s a real infectious number that hits in all the right places.
“Ryan and I recorded this in our living room this summer. He played guitar, I played drums. We both played bass! Mixed + mastered by us. It’s an anthemic call to arms: destroy that which oppresses us and ruins our humanity. Burn it down. Then build a partnership society, together. None are free until all are equal.“
