We last told you about the Toronto synth-pop group Secret Sign when they released Days Bleed in June of 2021. Today the four-piece has returned with a video for the “disco-inspired” Starbody, the first single from their upcoming Notions EP.

Members of the band had this to say about the new track: Starbody “playfully compares larger-than-life cosmic imagery with human relationships. It’s about two star-struck lovers who travelled through space and time together, who will travel universes to get to where they need to be. It’s romantic, and we’re all made of the same star-matter, which is something that often gets lost in the trivialities of our daily lives.”
