As promised, Winnipeg indie-rock outfit Touching have dropped the third video in their Isolation Blues series leading up to the June 26th release of their new album. Michael Falk, the man behind the music, had this to say about the song:
“Alasdair & I had been working on the songs in the studio, this lyric “let me be lonely with you” emerged. It’s a contradiction that seems to sum up that odd feeling of living with someone but also sometimes feeling so alone. All gulfs of isolation are passable with time and care.”
Check out Let Me Be Lonely With You in the embed below and if you haven’t seen last weeks video, The Darkness, hit up the ‘watch’ link below. Fifty percent of all Isolation Blues proceeds on Bandcamp and Apple Music are being donated to Unison Benevolent Fund to support their efforts to assist musicians during this difficult time. A worthy cause to say the least.
